Welcome to Utsaha Fintech Pvt. Ltd., a trusted private loan company providing financial solutions ranging from INR 1 Cr to INR 500 Cr. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Loan Eligibility & Approval

Loan amounts range from INR 1 Cr to INR 500 Cr.
Applicants must meet the required credit worthiness and documentation criteria.
The company reserves the right to approve or reject any application based on internal policies.
All applications are subject to legal verification, valuation, and due diligence.

2. Interest Rates & Charges

For Normal Secured, Unsecured, Personal, and Home Loans: The Rate of Interest (ROI) will be 8% – 11% per annum.
For NPA Takeover Loans: The ROI will be 14% – 16% per annum.
Additional charges applicable:
5% + GST will be charged after loan disbursement.

Login fees, legal fees, valuation fees, travel expenses, and any other applicable charges will be borne by the client and are strictly non-refundable.

3. Zero Upfront Charges

Utsaha Fintech Pvt. Ltd. does not charge any upfront fees.
If any fees are charged under special circumstances, those fees are strictly non-refundable.
The client is responsible for covering all costs associated with loan processing, including:
Travel and due diligence expenses

Legal documentation fees

Valuation and assessment charges

4. Loan Disbursement & Repayment Terms

Loans are disbursed only after thorough verification and approval processes.
Clients must adhere to the repayment schedule and terms agreed upon at the time of loan sanctioning.
Any delay or default in repayment may attract penalties or legal action.

5. Legal & Compliance

All loans and financial transactions must comply with RBI regulations, Indian financial laws, and Utsaha Fintech Pvt. Ltd.'s internal policies.

In case of disputes, legal proceedings will be carried out under the jurisdiction of the respective courts in India.

Clients are responsible for providing authentic and verifiable documents for loan processing.

6. Privacy Policy & Confidentiality

Client information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for loan processing and related financial services.
Utsaha Fintech Pvt. Ltd. does not share personal or financial information with third parties without consent.
Clients must maintain transparency and provide correct financial details to avoid loan rejection or legal consequences.

7.Disclaimer & Liability

Utsaha Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any losses incurred due to financial decisions made by clients.
The company does not guarantee loan approval and reserves the right to modify terms without prior notice.
Misrepresentation or fraudulent activities by the client will lead to loan cancellation and legal action.

8. Amendments & Modifications

Utsaha Fintech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
